Sales, Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ivy the Brand Accessories & Apparel Luxury Boutique. We truly appreciate your business and support. Our goal is to provide our Kings, Queens, Princes & Princesses with a Luxury Shopping Xperience from the moment you place your order until your items arrive.

By completing a purchase with Ivy the Brand, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

ALL SALES

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and order details before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of our boutique merchandise, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

When an exchange is approved, merchandise must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Be returned within the approved timeframe provided by Ivy the Brand.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Approved exchanges are subject to merchandise availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued when applicable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

For sanitary, hygiene, and/or promotional reasons, certain merchandise may be designated FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Final-sale merchandise may include, but is not limited to:

Swimwear • Intimate/Body Items • Earrings • Clearance Merchandise • Sale Merchandise • Promotional Items • Customized/Special-Order Items

Any item specifically marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase is not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect merchandise before fulfillment. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Ivy the Brand promptly after receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos and/or video showing the merchandise and packaging

Please do not wear, wash, alter, or remove tags from an item you believe is damaged or incorrect.

After reviewing your claim, Ivy the Brand will provide instructions regarding the appropriate resolution.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Ivy the Brand's control.

Customers should contact us immediately if they notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

Ivy the Brand will assist customers with available order and tracking information; however, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification after they have been submitted.

Please review your entire order carefully before completing checkout.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & SALES

Discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated.

Promotional codes:

  • Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • May have exclusions or minimum-purchase requirements.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

Ivy the Brand reserves the right to correct or cancel promotions resulting from obvious typographical, technical, or pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and inventory information.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Ivy the Brand first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve your concern.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be contested using applicable order records, tracking information, communications, and other transaction documentation.

Nothing in this policy limits a customer's rights under applicable consumer-protection or payment-network rules.
