You are responsible for the upkeep of your Booth throughout the event. And remember to remove all trash when uploading.
The exceptions of the Venue & Host is that you keep your area clean and neat at all times.
You can rent an additional table at $10.00 but you must let us know in advance‼️
All Vendor spaces include:
• (1) 8x10 Booth
• Two Vendor Wristbands
• One 6’ table
• Two (2) chairs
• (1) Black Linen to the Floor
VENDOR TABLE RESERVATIONS

All vendors are required to wear all black.
All vendor table reservations are binding and non-cancelable. They may however, be transferred to another potential vendor(s) with prior approval from IvyTheBrand Company and only for equal or lesser value. All transfer arrangements are the responsibility of the vendor. IvytheBrand Business Consultant Firm reserves the right to approve or not approve completed vendor applications.
TICKETS AND WRIST BANDS
Each Vendor will receive 2 wristbands for the event. These wristbands must be worn throughout the duration of the event and at no time can be shared with another attendee. No Vendor badges will be provided. You will have the option of purchasing additional bands for your staff at $30 each.
Meal tickets will not be available the day of the event. As a Vendor you will have the option to place a Meal Order in advance & receive a little savings directly from The Event Chef!!
You must order these tickets in advance when submitting your application.

TERMS OF VENDOR AGREEMENT‼️
All vendors are required to wear all black. (Business apparel or logo apparel welcomed)
Restrictions
Vendors are permitted to sell only those products and services listed on their application and only within their allotted vendor space.
❌• Subleasing is not permitted.
❌• Animals of any kind will not be allowed on the premises.
❌• Booth rental fees are non-refundable, except in the case of the cancellation.
❌• No items or paraphernalia permitted for sale with “Philly Live Entertainment Comedy Show ” on it unless prior permission granted.
❌• Food Vendors may need to submit additional information for approval by the venue.
The Vendor (hereinafter referred to as the Vendor) shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless IvytheBrand Business Consultant Firm (hereinafter referred to as the Host), its agents and its employees from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorney’s fees arising out of or resulting from the display and operations of the Vendor. The Vendor shall furthermore hold harmless the Host from all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or resulting from display or operations at the Venue Hosted by Philadelphia Entertainment provided that such claim, damage, loss or expense is (1) attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or to injury or destruction to tangible property, including the loss resulting there from, and, (2) is caused to or is claimed to have been caused, in whole or in part, by any product sold by the Vendor, its agents, employees or subcontractors regardless of whether or not such damage, loss or expense is caused or is claimed to have been caused in part by a party indemnified hereunder.
❌Vendor booth reservations are binding and non-cancelable.
In the event that the Philadelphia Live Entertainment Comedy Show is canceled all funds will be transferred to rescheduled event. Payments however can be transferred with prior approval from IvytheBrand Business Consultant Firm only for equal value.
All transfer arrangements are the responsibility of the vendor.
IvytheBrand Business Consultant Firm reserves the right to approve or not approve vendors.
